This announcement issued by Sodexo is published in accordance with the provisions of Articles 231-27 and 231-28 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the French Market Authorities or the “AMF”).
Pursuant to Article L. 621-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier) and Article 231-26 of its General Regulations, the AMF affixed visa n° 08-085 dated May 14, 2008 on the offer document prepared by Sodexo.

Information relating to the legal, financial and accounting information of Sodexo required by Article 231-28 of the General Regulations of the AMF are included in the Sodexo Reference Document, filed with the AMF on November 16, 2007 under number D.07-0986 and in the document relating to other information of Sodexo, filed with the AMF on May 15,2008, which complements the Sodexo Reference Document.
