Assessment of Board Operating Procedures
Evaluation
Following an assessment of Board operating procedures conducted by one of the Directors in fiscal 2004, a number of improvements were made to the Board's Internal Rules during the following fiscal year.
During fi scal 2006, Board members expressed an interest in holding periodic meetings with Group Executive Committee members, and a series of such meetings was scheduled.
In September 2006, the Board decided to conduct a formal assessment procedure. The method to be used for this assessment will be decided upon by the Board.
